It does work, provided you have no workbench launched programs running.
WB can't quit if it still has programs running. It's an option to quit
Workbench, not shutdown, if you have a shell open, you could still use
that. I can't think of any real use for it, although I occasionally use
the Quit option in Opus to exit Opus' Workbench and load the standard
one.

Add Reboot to the Tools menu.
